U.S. Navy Blocks the Use of Bit.ly URL Shorteners

According to the United States Naval Institute’s (USNI) IT department, the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) has recently placed bit.ly on the "Black Hole List" due to the Libyan connection in its domain.
