The SmartCEO Executive Management Awards highlight chief executives who have gone above and beyond to support their organizations' initiatives. President of Unleashed Technologies, Ryan Barbera, was honored as one of Baltimore's elite executives at this event, which was held on March 7, 2013.
As president of Unleashed Technologies, Barbera is responsible for building and bringing success to several teams, including sales, data center and finance. As a leader, he empowers the Unleashed Technologies team by encouraging autonomy and cultivating a culture of accountability and continued growth. Ryan's contributions to Unleashed Technologies have resulted in an increase in revenue and stronger financial practices to help the company run more smoothly and help its executives make more caluclated decisions. As a result, Unleashed Technologies' annualized revenue has grown 70 percent overall.
